Refund policy

NO REFUNDS

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–72 hours. During periods of high order volume—such as major sales, promotions, or new product launches—processing times may be extended. While we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please allow for additional time during these peak periods.

Pre-sale and back-order items are subject to varied shipping times as described in the product description. We cannot guarantee estimations made on pre-orders or back-orders to be 100% accurate as unforeseen delays can occur. If the customer's order contains multiple items in which items are not yet available for shipment it will be held until all items are available to fulfill. We can separate available items and send an invoice for additional shipping cost if desired. This is available by request only.

You (as the customer) are responsible for accurately providing your address in full. If delivery cannot be made due to incomplete or incorrect address information and it is found to have been incorrect at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for the payment of additional shipping cost to reship the order. This includes omitted apartment numbers, suite numbers and or building number. 

International shoppers are required to pay for all taxes and duties required by the service destination. TYFR Apparel will not provide payment for these fees.

EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase date to complete the exchange. Exchange items are not guaranteed to be available and must be confirmed with the TYFR Team.  We do not provide return shipping labels in most cases. We do however cover the shipping cost on the desired exchange item sent back to you.

All exchanges are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order # and or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges Outside the U.S.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR OUTSIDE THE U.S. CUSTOMERS. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM OUR WEBSITE AND YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S., ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. TAXES AND DUTIES ARE PAID FOR BY YOU THE CUSTOMER.

Damages or Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages and issues must be reported no more than 2 business day after delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased physically at shows, events and or festivals. In the case of an issue or defect is found on an item you can contact: tyfrapparel@gmail.com for further assistance. This must be reported no later than 2 days after the show, event and or festival end. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

We cannot accept returns on final sale, sale items or gift cards or if stated in the item description.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash value. Gift cards do not have to be redeemed in full at one time and will not expire until redemption value meets a $0.00 balance. Gift cards are digital and are sent to the recipient upon payment via email used to complete the purchase.
