Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–72 hours. During periods of high order volume—such as major sales, promotions, or new product launches—processing times may be extended. While we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please allow for additional time during these peak periods.

Pre-sale and back-order items are subject to varied shipping times as described in the product description. We cannot guarantee estimations made on pre-orders or back-orders to be 100% accurate as unforeseen delays can occur. 

You (as the customer) are responsible for accurately providing your address in full. If delivery cannot be made due to incomplete or incorrect address information and it is found to have been incorrect at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for the payment of additional shipping cost to reship the order. This includes omitted apartment numbers, suite numbers and or building numbers.
